Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the customer.
